Ok, now that we've got that out of the way let me explain how our medically supervised weight loss program works. We start with an initial consultation, in which you must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit, so we can discuss your health history and decide which weight loss medication will suit you best! We only want what's best for YOU and your HEALTH! After we have completed that process, we will meet, monthly (virtual of course,) to see your progress and I will be there to cheer you on EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
Let's talk diet--- I am not one to make you stop eating foods you enjoy, or restrict you to an absurd amount of daily calories. Each person is different and the nutrients your body needs are different than the next persons! We will discuss this during our consultation.
